Magdalena Olczak-Lipska specializes in intellectual property law with particular emphasis on copyright,  related rights and claims of breach of trade mark rights. She also has extensive experience in the field of new technology law and the press law based on long-term cooperation with one of the largest newspaper publishers in Poland. She also advises in the field of advertising law and unfair competition, represent parties in civil matters, including economic. M. Olczak creates and gives opinion on the agreement in the field of civil and commercial law. She advises, among others, entities involved in the organization of artistic events, including event agencies and manufacturers to matters related to trading in the copyright therein. Moreover, she is also engaged in labour law and social security representing employers or employees in litigation, as well as with the  matters of business transformation.

Magdalena Olczak-Lipska graduated from law studies at the Faculty of Law and Administration at Warsaw University. She also completed postgraduate studies at the Jagiellonian University in Kraków and she lectures copyright law at The Aleksander Zelwerowicz National Academy of Dramatic Art in Warsaw.

Attorney-at-law, member of the District Bar Association in Warsaw.
