She deals with issues of commercial company law, in particular the introduction of securities to the Alternative Trading System. She advises on day-to-day services for public companies, including in the scope of disclosure obligations. She represents parties in civil and economic cases. She draws up contracts in the scope of the civil and commercial law as well as issues opinions on them. She advises entities planning artistic events, including event agencies, among other entities. She gained her professional experience both at individual law firms and at public institutions as well as in courts.

She completed legal studies at the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw.

A licensed lawyer, a member of the District Bar Association in Warsaw.

She is fluent in English.
